Inspired by Italian tradition, our partner Carli re-imagine the recipe of this classic festive cake replacing the butter with the healthy olive oil. The result is a soft, mouthwatering, exclusive Christmas cake with a genuine taste of Italy and the mediterranean culture.
A unique, limited-edition recipe: a delicious treat in which exquisite dark chocolate drops meet soft pieces of candied pear.
This Dolce di Natale is prepared using only natural mother yeast, which makes it soft and easy to digest, and also adds a pleasant hint of honey to the mix.
We use candied pears cut into cubes and larger pieces to give variety to the tasting and make people appreciate all the naturalness of this fruit, candied with care and patience without flavoring, preservatives or coloring.

Wheat flour, fresh free-range egg yolk, candied pears 14% (pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), water, extra virgin olive oil 8%, chocolate drops 8% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), cane sugar, natural mother yeast 6% (wheat flour, water), ground candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt and natural flavourings.
May contain nuts, soy, milk and mustard
