We are proud to introduce you to our artisan panettone in partnership with FRATELLI CARLI in Imperia (Ugo's home town), Italy.

Inspired by Italian tradition, our partner Carli re-imagine the recipe of this classic festive cake replacing the butter with the healthy olive oil. The result is a soft, mouthwatering, exclusive Christmas cake with a genuine taste of Italy and the mediterranean culture. 

Naturally leavened baked confectionery. 

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, raisins, fresh free range egg yolk, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, Carli extra virgin olive oil 8%, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings. May contain traces of nuts, soy, and milk. 

STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place.
