Dark Chocolate & Rum Panettone

Our Dark Chocolate & Rum Panettone undergoes a double fermentation over four days and is made exclusively with live natural sourdough starter. It is filled with dark chocolate pearls and enriched with a touch of rum.

Inside, you will find the distinctive black specks of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The texture is exceptionally soft, while the flavour is elegant yet full-bodied.

This is a rich, indulgent panettone that remains remarkably easy to digest thanks to its long fermentation and the use of only the finest-quality ingredients.

It contains no preservatives, pre-made mixes, artificial flavourings or vegetable fats.

It is 100% artisan-made, entirely by hand and with passion, following the traditional methods handed down since 1882.
