This is a soft, mouthwatering, exclusive Christmas cake with a genuine taste of Italy. 

The classic Panettone is the typical Panettone of tradition. Our Panettone has a double leavening of more than 48 hours , it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with Sultanina Raisins and inside you can find the black specks of Bourbon vanilla.

The structure is extremely soft , the taste is elegant yet bold. It is a very rich Panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality ingredients. It does not contain preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats.

It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, as tradition dictates since 1882.
