
Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling made using authentic Spicy Calabrian Nduja salami spread combined with creamy Ricotta Cheese and Italian Hard Cheese. Served with our signature bolognese sauce.
The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well.
INGREDIENTS:
- Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water;
- Filling (44%): Ricotta cheese (MILK), Mascarpone cheese (49%) (MILK), Nduja (24%) (Pork fat, Pork meat, Red chilli sauce, Spicy red chilli, Salt, dextrose, spices, smoked aromas, aromas, Preservative: E250 Sodium nitrite, E252 Potassium Nitrate. Using Nduja from Italy.
- Bolognese sauce: Tomato Passata, onions, celery, carrots, beef and pork mince, garlic, basil, Cornish sea salt.
