Our premium dessert is freshly prepared using the finest ingredients from Italy and Cornwall. Genuinely Italian, made by UGO from his late father’s family recipe. They used to make it as an après-ski treat after a long day on the slopes.

Available at your local farm shop or at our market stall in Truro every 1st Saturday of every month.
