We had the most marvellous time with Ugo telling us about the origin of his different dishes- a truly legendary dinner in our own home with Ugo taking care of everything. "Ugo cooked for us at our home in Marazion as part of our father's birthday celebration. Ugo is both charming and knowledgeable, explaining the ingredients, history and work in each dish.

From the 40 year Italian old cheese, fresh bruschetta, artisan flat bread and burrata, to the truffle cream tortellini and the lobster crab ravioli - capped of with his famous TiramisUGO. Each dish was rich, indulgent and exactly what we wanted.

Paired with excellent Italian wine that he recommended and some limoncello - this was a fun and memorable evening.

Ugo will be the first person we call when we plan the next celebration."
