We ship nationwide on a next day delivery basis Tuesday to Thursday.
WE DON'T DELIVER ON SATURDAYS - If you have a special occasion please order by Thursday 12pm and your parcel will be with you on Friday. Our chilled products last up to 5 days in the fridge.

When you select 'Shipping' at Checkout, your order will be scheduled for next day delivery. You will need to place your order by 12pm to ensure your order arrives the following day. Please note that orders placed on a Sunday will arrive on the Tuesday. Any doubts or questions, please get in touch.
We use wool insulation, ice packs and cooler bags inside the box that keep the food fresh for up to 48 hours from when it leaves us (which is a guideline from our manufacturers). If you aren’t in to receive your order make sure your safe place is in a shaded area or with a neighbour. Put your food immediately in your fridge once received.
We provide a Next Day delivery service. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Our minimum order is £50 for local and national delivery. A delivery fee of £8 is applied for orders under £50.
Not yet but we ship all over the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, all the islands including Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands). Shipping costs for order under £40 may apply, and will be added at checkout.
We work with DHL EXPRESS INT who provide us and our customers with a fantastic service.
DHL provide us with a 'Next Day' delivery service. Don't forget to check your email notification from DHL to check your allocated delivery slot. Please be patient with delivery drivers during busy periods

When you make your order, you are able to advise us on a safe place or neighbour where your delivery can be left if you are not going to be in.
The meals are all freezable upon arrival with 3 months shelf life in the freezer. Please do not freeze our tiramisu - instead ask us to deliver to you with 10 days shelf life on it.
Yes it is. Our tiramisu is made with pasteurised liquid eggs. The Food Standards Agency has confirmed that raw/ runny eggs are safe for all as long as they have the British Lion stamp - Download PDF for more info.
We work in partnership with St Ewe eggs whose eggs have the Red Lion stamp of approval. They are also SALSA accredited, RSPCA Assured and Vegetarian Society approved.

Making tiramisu in its jar naturally doubles its fridge life, whilst giving it a unique, inimitable depth and creamy texture. The jar is also recyclable making it a very good choice for packaging as it doesn't impact negatively on the planet.
Yes! as a plastic free champion, united against the growing impact that throwaway culture is having on our planet, we offer our tiramisu in glass jars and our meals now come in FSC mixed board containers. We use eco friendly companies such as Wool Cool who allow us to deliver chilled top notch food in a sustainable and safe way.
You can return the wool liners by using the paper envelope enclosed in the box and send by post. Once we receive the liners back we will issue a £10 voucher for you to use for your next order.
Our Woolcool insulation liners are 100% sustainable and the wool is fully biodegradable and compostable. The plastic is MDPE which is recycled at most local recycling centres, just check your council website to see. This can also be up-cycled and used for insulation in your home, used as a cool bag for picnics, transformed into a wine cooler… or even as a dog bed – whatever takes your fancy.

Our eGift cards are all electronic and can be sent to you or emailed directly to the lucky recipient. If you want to send the gift card directly to the recipient, click "Send As A Gift". From there you can also add a personalized note and schedule the email notification. If you want a physical gift card for the recipient to open, you can always print out the gift card email and deliver it that way!
