Our Artisan Peas & Shallot Vegan Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made with with Durum Wheat flour and water and they are stuffed with a simple but delicious filling made with Sautéed green peas and tasty shallots cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Served with a creamy and mild fresh broccoli sauce.

Ingredients: Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Broccoli, Cornish Sea Salt, Lentil protein preparation (water, 1.1% lentil protein).
