Black Truffle & Burrata Tortelloni with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Parmesan
Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. This filling is made with a combination of Burrata cheese and truffle. We use creamy Italian Burrata Cheese. We then add tasty Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. Try them with some Mushrooms or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese, a triumph! Suitable for freezing.
- Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water;
- Filling (44%): Burrata Cheese (MILK (55%), Cream (MILK), Salt, Rennet, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Ricotta cheese (MILK), Black Truffle Cream (7%) (Black Truffle-Tuber Aestivum, Truffle Juice, Salt, Natural Truffle Flavouring);
- Dusted with rice flour.
- Wheat, Egg, Milk;
- Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Crustacean, Fish, Celery and Soy.
