Freshly made fresh pasta served with a deliciously creamy “pink” sauce using Mascarpone and our signature tomato sauce.

made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (45%).

INGREDIENTS

Pasta: 

• Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat semolina Flour, Salt.
• Dusted with rice flour

Sauce: 

Tomato passata, garlic, basil, parsley, celery, carrots, onions, mascarpone cheese (milk), sugar (<0.1%).
